Conditional flow without a condition
The check bpmnlint/conditional-flows, in the group Modelling rules.
Why it matters
A flow that leaves a task or event marked as conditional but has no condition either always or never fires; the engine cannot tell.
How to fix it
Give the flow a condition, or make it an ordinary flow.
Where you see it
The editor puts a marker on the element while you draw, and the Problems tab of the sidebar lists it under Rules, with the rule name bpmnlint/conditional-flows. In a terminal, penstock check --only rules reports it.
To change how strict this rule is, set conditional-flows to error, warn or off in your .bpmnlintrc. See Validation.
