No external task worker subscribes to a topic

Why it matters
A Camunda 7 external task waits for a client that subscribes to its topic; with none, the instance waits forever.
How to fix it
Subscribe a worker to the topic, or correct the topic in the diagram.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Code. In a terminal, penstock code reports it with the file and line. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
