A subscription to a topic no diagram uses
The check code/unused-subscription, in the group Diagrams and code.
Why it matters
A subscription nothing feeds is code to keep for nothing, and hides that a diagram lost its step.
How to fix it
Delete the subscription, or add the step that uses its topic.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Code. In a terminal, penstock code reports it with the file and line. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
