Boundary event is off its host
The check drawing/boundary-off-host, in the group Drawing.
Why it matters
A boundary event that is not on the border of the task it is attached to looks like a free-standing event.
How to fix it
Drag the boundary event back onto the border of its task.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Problems, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as BOUNDARY-OFF-HOST. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
