Connections cross
The check drawing/crossing, in the group Drawing.
Why it matters
Every crossing is a place where the eye can follow the wrong line.
How to fix it
Move a shape so fewer connections have to cross, or lay the diagram out again.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Readability, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as CROSSING. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
