Connection does not reach the shape it connects

Why it matters

A connection that stops short of its shape looks unfinished and does not move with the shape.

How to fix it

Drag the loose end of the connection onto the shape.

Where you see it

The Problems tab lists it under Problems, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as DETACHED-EDGE. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
