Connection runs along the border of a shape
The check drawing/edge-along-shape, in the group Drawing.
Why it matters
A line lying on the edge of a shape it does not belong to looks like part of that shape.
How to fix it
Move the run of the connection a few pixels away from the shape.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Readability, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as EDGE-ALONG-SHAPE. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
