Connection crosses a label
The check drawing/edge-through-label, in the group Drawing.
Why it matters
A line through a label makes both harder to read.
How to fix it
Drag the label off the line.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Readability, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as EDGE-THROUGH-LABEL. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
