Labels cover each other
The check drawing/label-overlap, in the group Drawing.
Why it matters
Overlapping labels cannot be read.
How to fix it
Drag one of the labels aside.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under Problems, and outlines the element on the canvas. In a terminal, penstock check --only drawing reports it as LABEL-OVERLAP. Auto layout often fixes it for the whole diagram at once.
