An element can never run
The check flow/dead-element, in the group Process flow.
Why it matters
No path from the start reaches the element, so whatever it does is dead weight in the diagram.
How to fix it
Connect it to a path that can reach it, or delete it.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under How it runs and outlines the path that leads there. In a terminal, penstock check --only flow reports it as DEAD-ELEMENT. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
