The process can get stuck
The check flow/deadlock, in the group Process flow.
Why it matters
A token can reach a point where nothing can move it on, so the instance never ends and sits in the engine forever.
How to fix it
Follow the path shown in the finding and give the stuck join a way to continue, for example by joining only what was split.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under How it runs and outlines the path that leads there. In a terminal, penstock check --only flow reports it as DEADLOCK. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
