A decision may have no way out
The check flow/no-default, in the group Process flow.
Why it matters
A gateway with conditions and no default flow stops the instance with an incident when none of them holds.
How to fix it
Mark one outgoing flow as the default.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under How it runs and outlines the path that leads there. In a terminal, penstock check --only flow reports it as NO-DEFAULT. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
