A decision has no way out for some values
The check flow/no-way-out, in the group Process flow.
Why it matters
When no condition of a gateway holds and there is no default flow, the instance stops there with an incident.
How to fix it
Add a default flow, or a condition for the values named in the finding.
Where you see it
The Problems tab lists it under How it runs and outlines the path that leads there. In a terminal, penstock check --only flow reports it as NO-WAY-OUT. This check is part of Penstock Pro, and Team in a pipeline.
