A field has no label
The check form/no-label, in the group Forms.
Why it matters
An input with no label leaves the user guessing what it is for.
How to fix it
Give the field a label.
Where you see it
Press Check in the form editor. The Problems tab of the sidebar lists it. In a terminal, penstock check reports it as NO-LABEL for every form. The form check is lint, so it is free.
